Research
Our research is meant for the use of individual consumers and to push the field of exercise and disability forward.
Learn About the Work of Our Health and Disability Research Lab
Our lab uses scientific research to meaningfully support individuals experiencing disability or a chronic health condition. One of our goals at CONTINUUM Lab is to make our research accessible by developing information that will be useful for fellow researchers as well as the general population. Understanding our projects helps provide an overarching understanding of our lab, and we’re glad for the opportunity to share our findings with anyone who is interested!

Looking Towards the Future
We’re dedicated to curating science-based knowledge that empowers individuals to manage life through the nexus of rehabilitation, exercise, and sport. Our lab is committed to a long-term purpose of producing valuable materials for the benefit of persons with disabilities and other leading scientists in our field. Between now and 2026 we are working to offer edited videos, resource guides, mini-courses, and podcasts, and to continually increase the number of participants in our ongoing study, CHIME Time.
