Serving as a Guide for the Nexus of Rehabilitation and Exercise
Welcome to CONTINUUM Lab—a resource and research center dedicated to empowering people with physical disabilities through science-based knowledge and training. We deliver curated content and coaching support to promote a lifestyle of exercise, whether that’s integrating individuals back into normal life after rehabilitation or pursuing sports at the elite level. We are there from day one when many individuals are having to start life over due to disability or a new health condition. Our purpose is to provide the resources and tools to optimize an individual’s experience—leaving them feeling empowered and capable.
Exercise Trial Enrolling Wheelchair Users
A study seeking convenient and effective exercise doses for a broad spectrum of wheelchair users living with disabilities. We are addressing the high risk of cardiometabolic disease in adults with physical disabilities.
Our Research
We value honesty and transparency in the content we produce and the studies we propose. The purpose of our research is twofold: to be used by individual consumers and to train other scientists and leaders in the field. Read more about the purpose and vision behind our work.
About the Lab
The purpose of our lab is to meaningfully support individuals experiencing disability or a chronic health condition with scientific research. With this research, we curate media and materials that help people with disabilities navigate the settings of rehabilitation, home exercise, and sport.
